"Seek not to follow in the footsteps of men of old; seek what they sought." We've all seen it, probably hundreds of times. "This website under construction!" "Big changes in the works - check back soon!" "Project website relaunch date: March 23, 2004" (seen in 2009) So here I am, embarking on what I think is probably the third or fourth major overhaul of Skaught.net. As usual, I make no promises about the expected content. I'm sticking with Joomla as my content management system (and all this time I thought CMS meant I had crazy mad skillz!), though I've upgraded to version 1.5. Why, that alone is practically enough to guarantee an audience in the tens, possibly even dozens! So check back soon! Check back often! Who knows, maybe I'll be putting together a central repository of everything I've ever written. Or maybe this site will become the next big powerhouse in free open source software. Oh, I know - I'm totally going to start a webcomic! (Because, you know, there's so much demand for more crappily drawn, partially funny niche humor on teh intarwebz!) |
